Has your organization worked with multiple agencies to help you with your programs and projects? Maybe you feel like you are still at square one, and the only thing that has changed is your budget when hiring someone else to help you achieve your goals.
In this episode, I talk with Cherrise Wilks about her role in helping governments, businesses, and nonprofits that lack proper organizational structure and helping them achieve multiple revenue streams for their programs and projects.
